How to Care for Your Rugs:
Regular vacuuming is recommended. On fringes, do not use a vacuum beater bar. Stains can be removed with a white cloth, dishwasher soap, and cold water. To remove stains please do not use bleach. Please call us at 780-710-7717 for professional cleaning or drop it off at our store between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Returns & Exchanges:
When you purchase rugs from us, you have seven days from the day you receive them to decide whether they are suitable for your space.
