How to Care for Your Rugs:
Regular vacuuming is recommended. On fringes, do not use a vacuum beater bar. Stains can be removed with a white cloth, dishwasher soap, and cold water. To remove stains please do not use bleach. Please call us at 780-710-7717 for professional cleaning or drop it off at our store between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Returns & Exchanges:
When you purchase rugs from us, you have seven days from the day you receive them to decide whether they are suitable for your space. If you decide to return your rug, please email us at info@GoRugs.ca and we will send you the return instructions. Please read our return and exchange policy for more information.
